Skills open the door.
Character defines the team.
“Designed to live in” is not only a statement about our furniture - it's a philosophy about the people who represent it. We look for individuals who bring authentic warmth to every interaction, and who believe a home is more than a space: it's a feeling.
01
Commitment
We show up - fully and consistently. Ownership of the role, high standards on quiet days too, and care for detail.
02
Passion
We light up when we talk about the collection. Passion can’t be trained; it has to be felt.
03
Positiveness
Not performative cheerfulness - a resilient, solution-focused mindset that lifts the team.
04
Approachable
Present without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being intimidating, human above all.
